*2% total commission = 1% Intellilist listing fee + 1% buyer-side credit, applied to the final sale price of the property. For sale prices at or below $350,000, the Intellilist listing fee is subject to a $3,500 minimum. The 1% buyer-side credit is paid to self-represented buyers as a closing credit, or offered as compensation to a represented buyer's agent. Commission and minimum fee are subject to the terms of the executed Intellilist Listing Agreement. State laws vary.
**The 1% buyer rebate is available to buyers who choose to self-represent and do not engage a licensed buyer's agent. Where a buyer is represented by a licensed real estate agent, Intellilist will offer 1% of the purchase price to that agent as a buyer's agent commission in lieu of the rebate.
